Service engagements
Client services, payment obligations, ownership, support, cancellations, refunds, and other engagement terms are governed by the applicable proposal, subscription plan, invoice, order form, electronic acceptance, and Master Service Agreement.
Ownership and third-party services
Clients retain ownership of their domain, business name, logos, supplied content, customer data, and form submissions. Kuczer Web Services retains ownership of website source code, reusable components, templates, design systems, hosting configurations, and deployment infrastructure unless otherwise stated in writing. Third-party services may be used to deliver hosting, analytics, email, domains, payments, or integrations.
Cancellation
Standard public plans are month-to-month. When a managed website plan ends, KWS hosting, maintenance, updates, and support end under the applicable service agreement. Clients keep their domain, branding, original photos, customer data, and supplied content. Website code, reusable components, and the KWS hosting platform are not transferred unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No guarantees
Search rankings, traffic, lead volume, revenue, uninterrupted uptime, emergency support, error-free operation, and complete immunity from security incidents are not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Visitors may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or submit unlawful, misleading, or malicious content.
